I am a work developer. One of my first jobs was managing cleaning operations in the defense sector, where we transitioned from dry brushing to damp mopping in all barracks. Across Finland, the uneven distribution of cleaning work was measured, and cleaning areas were redistributed. Cleaning work was mechanized and modernized.

With over thirty years of experience in work development, I want to help our clients improve work productivity and develop their operations by delivering real value in the areas that are critical to their business. This brings joy to both the client and myself.

I believe that even the most challenging problems can be solved and that new, diverse operating models can always be created. I believe in continuous learning and the power of working together.

This is the work I want to do for the rest of my career.
